Roles & Responsibilities
Provide architectural consultation across Workday modules and integrated solutions, including Workday HCM Core, Compensation, US Payroll, Reporting, Security, and integrations.
Define internal best practices for system architecture, design, and build across the "compensation planning" ecosystem and integrated enterprise business systems
Support the PM in defining and implementing a multi-quarter technology roadmap, including processes and procedures in collaboration with business stakeholders and our IT engineering, data, and security teams.
Support all stages of the software development life cycle including but not limited to; system integration, configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program, and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support
Create and maintain documentation of business process, integration, and related data architecture to identify areas of friction, waste, and opportunities for improvement
Support development of a compensation technology roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders and our IT engineering, data, and security teams
Ensure that the system meets the defined expectations of the business.
Drive Workday and Pave best practices, with methods and tools, to maximize the value of the platform(s).
Drive consensus with business and technical teams to determine the best solution to business problems, output needs and the delivery of new technology solutions and enhancements.
